I had reached out to about 10 agents and I knew Aaron was the right man for the job. I'm a physician employed in South Dakota so with the busy schedule and geographic barriers, I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and painless this process turned out to be. And it was this way only because of Aaron's professionalism. He was full of knowledge and very quick to return my emails. He set me up with auto emails with listings that fit my budget and region. When I realized that some of the homes were not what I had in mind, I sent him an email with a narrative as to what I specifically had in mind. He replied via email in less than 5 minutes and asked when I had time to speak. It was probably around 8pm locally for Aaron but we had a 30 minute phone discussion about my goals. He was full of knowledge and really helped me understand the location. I was in South Dakota, 2 time zones away, but it never felt like that for me. Absolutely a great agent.
Always answers his emails promptly and always available to speak on the phone.
To contrast this, I actually had a different agent in the same location go $50,000 over my budget despite my objections. I got multiple auto generated emails but never received a single reply to the emails I sent. The phone calls went to voicemail and were not returned.
Aaron is the professional that other agents should strive to be. I fell very fortunate to have worked with him to find my dream vacation home. I will be referring my friends to him.

About Aaron Cohen
Aaron Cohen grew up in Philadelphia, PA. After finishing photography school in 1981 he went on to open and manage several retail businesses until 1992 when he move to Boston's Back Bay area. There he opened a very successful retail store on the famed Newbury St. After selling the business he entered into the real estate profession and was licensed in 1994 to present. Realizing that is very cold during the Boston winters, he needed to move to a warmer climate, and settled in Boynton Beach, FL It was in Boynton Beach where he meet is future wife Darlene. They have 2 Westies for children, enjoy entertaining, cooking, golf, biking, boating and red wine.Aaron is very knowledgeable in real estate and has helped hundreds of client in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. After 22 years as a Realtor I still enjoy helping people!
